1. Introduction

QuickRank ("we", "our", or "us") provides an SEO audit and AI visibility tracking platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

By using QuickRank, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and name through our authentication provider (Google OAuth or email-based sign-in).

Project Data. We store the domains, URLs, and project settings you configure. This includes brand names, descriptions, target countries, competitor lists, and custom system prompts.

Google Search Console Data. If you connect your Google Search Console account, we access search performance data (clicks, impressions, CTR, position) on your behalf using OAuth tokens. We store encrypted OAuth tokens and cache search data to provide analytics.

AI Test Results. When you run AI visibility tests, we store the prompts, AI model responses, visibility scores, citations, sentiment analysis, and competitor mentions.

Usage Data. We collect basic usage information such as page views and feature usage to improve the product.

Feedback. If you submit feedback, we store your name, email, and message.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the QuickRank platform
  • Run SEO audits and AI visibility tests on your configured domains
  • Display search performance data from Google Search Console
  • Generate reports, charts, and exportable data (CSV, PDF)
  • Power the AI chat assistant with context from your project data
  • Send transactional emails related to your account
  • Improve and develop new features

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services to provide our functionality:

  • Supabase — database hosting, authentication, and file storage
  • OpenRouter — AI model API access for visibility testing (prompts are sent to AI providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, xAI, and DeepSeek)
  • Google APIs — Search Console data access and OAuth authentication
  • Vercel — hosting and deployment

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled. OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

  • Public Share Links. If you generate a share link for your project, anyone with that link can view your SEO audit results, AI visibility scores, and search console data in read-only mode.
  • AI Providers. Your configured prompts are sent to third-party AI models for visibility testing. These prompts do not contain personal information beyond your brand name and domain.
  • Legal Requirements. We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal process.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and export your data (CSV and PDF exports are available in the dashboard)
  • Delete your projects and associated data at any time through the project settings
  • Disconnect your Google Search Console integration
  • Request complete account deletion by contacting us

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Authentication state is managed through Supabase auth cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

QuickRank is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it.
